Clear Channel Sarasota is looking for an experienced Program Director for 106.5 CTQ, a heritage and top performing radio station. The PD is responsible for directing all aspects of the on air product, including on air staff, music, imaging, marketing, promotions, and online. You will assist and work with Operations Manager with all duties as directed.

You must conduct frequent listening/aircheck sessions with all on air talent. As a champion of the product, you will create and implement powerful station imaging that conveys clear listener benefit. You will also be responsible for working with OCD on implementation, content, development of station’s website, and regularly review status and data regarding website progress. You will also oversee the promotions and execution of all events of WCTQ, while maximizing content and reducing clutter.

In addition to keeping the station focused you will work with the Sales Manager and department to increase revenue, special NTR events, and any sponsorship opportunities on the station. A college degree is preferred but not required. You must bee proficient in RCS Selector, Nexgen, Word and Excel. You must be an advocate of all digital products including all social media platforms. Finally, you must have strong talent management skills, and several years in managing a high profile morning show.
