John J. Dandino 24680 Grant Rd., South Bend, IN 46619 (Cell) 352-459-9244 Email This cover letter will be different from any letter you have received. My radio career, started a few years ago as the morning on-air personality at WSBT, South Bend, IN and WDOW Dowagiac, MI. After (5) five years, I gave up that career because the lure of more money seemed the right avenue to pursue. Having a career in sales since leaving radio filled a void in my life and allowed me to do some wonderful things but, as economic times have become tougher, job eliminations became inevitable. As I thought about my future I focused on the past and what it was, that really made me happy and always want to go to work. Well it was easy to figure out, I have a great passion and desire to be back in radio. Being the top on-air personality is not my goal, I would just like another opportunity to do what I loved and be happy in life. I am open to relocation. A smooth and relaxed voice along with the ability and knowledge to produce various types of programming, discuss and debate any topic, as well as a vast background in music is what I bring to any available opportunity at your station. I will provide a demo cd upon request if the attached air check does not open. I thank you for your time and consideration. If you are having trouble downloading the Mp3 air check, please email me so I can send a demo out to you. Sincerely, John Dandino

What else you should know:

My radio experience goes back a few years and I do not have the dates on my resume. The total time I was on the air was 5+ years. I know this is going to be a challenge getting back on the air but life is all about challenges. If you are willing to take a chance on my talents, you will not be dissappointed.
