Jan/05 - Present: Radio Sawa (MBN Middle East Broadcast Network) in springfield, VA. Duties included:
-Announce newscasts in accordance to modern delivery using classical and modern standard Arabic and accurate grammar.
-Do on-air introduction, continuity and wrap up for live coverage and special broadcast.
-Draft professional news scripts, and integrate wires in Arabic and English,.correspondent reports and other news sources to produce balanced stories, using TEAM News software.
-Use FTP and Dalet to edit reporter's audio files and make them ready for on-air usage.
-Master all studio equipment required for announcing live programs.
-Moreover, I participate on Magazine (Daily half hour show) with political, cultural and medical packages.
May/03 - Present: Sudanese American Community Development:Organization SACDO. Duties included:
-Basic broadcaster and interviewer for news, cultural and social program entitled "Abeer Al-Watan" aired by Public Access channels, Fairfax, VA and MHz channel 56 as well as Sudanese TV.
Mar/03 - Jan/05: Alhurra TV, MBN Springfield, VA. Duties include:
-Do voice over for news and other programs using ENPS (Editorial news program system) and Cinegy (digital video playback.
-Log scheduler for in-house and acquired programs plus promos in cooperation with other departments like MC and Ingest.
-Floor director, teleprompter, CG character generator on Pixel Power System and responsible for input and recall during live and recorded production of MBN's talent prompting system.
-Cinegy playback operator providing backup support to studio/MC as needed, audio operator providing timely technical operation support thru production phase of news and current affairs broadcast network.
